Brittany Kelly joined the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism as the Cayman Islands Film Commissioner in March 2025. Brittany is an award-winning writer/producer with extensive experience in the film industry in the Cayman Islands and across multiple international markets. Prior to joining the Department, Brittany was based in Los Angeles working with notable production companies including Will Smith’s media company, Westbrook Inc., in production and financial coordination. Brittany has gained knowledge in film production throughout Cayman, London & Los Angeles, bringing international experience and creative vision to the Department. Brittany holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Film Production from the London Film Academy and brings a wealth of valuable experience in production, as well as substantial talent to promote the destination.
