The CIDOT Canada team is responsible for increasing awareness and demand to drive visitation from Canada to the Cayman Islands. The team deploys a combination of travel trade, media relations, social media and consumer marketing to drive demand for the for the Cayman Islands with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa (Ontario), Quebec, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.

The Canadian team consists of a Business Development Manager, Marketing Representative and a part-time Regional Administrator. The team is also supported by contracted advertising and PR agencies.

An industry expert with more than 20 years in the field of international tourism marketing, Raymond Mathias plays a critical role in working with the Global Marketing Management team in the development and execution of strategy and marketing plans for the Canadian market.

Julia is the newest member of the Canada team and comes to us with nearly 10 years of marketing experience. Prior to joining CIDOT, Julia worked at a digital agency with a focus on product management, social media marketing and content strategy.
