The US office, based in New York City, is responsible for promoting the Cayman Islands to the United States audience. The team consists of specialists in partnerships, digital marketing, advertising and sales. The team is tasked with managing a robust, integrated marketing plan and achieving optimal ROI on all media investments. The marketing team targets both consumer and trade through all relevant marketing channels including paid media, public relations, advertising, events and sales. The primary consumer target is an upscale, affluent, well-educated audience with the propensity to travel to the Caribbean. Key markets include Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.

The office is located in the Empire State Building in New York City (NYC) with regional sales team positions in , Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York and Texas. The team consists of the US General Manager, Finance Manager, National Sales Manager, National Marketing Manager, 6 sales representatives and 4 Specialists (Advertising, Digital, Partnerships and Group Sales).
