- For those fitness enthusiasts, the annual Walkers Cayman Islands Marathon welcomes all runners and walkers from around the globe to our scenic routes. This is an excellent event for all ages with a Kids Fun Run, half or full marathon courses that are AIMS-certified and a Boston Marathon qualifying event.
