Cayman Islands Film Commission

The Cayman Islands Film Commission (CIFC) is a government entity established to promote the Cayman Islands as a prime location for film, television, music video, photoshoots, and advertising productions.

Acting as a liaison between government partners and international production companies, the CIFC facilitates permitting, licensing, and streamlines arrivals to the destination. The CIFC does not solicit or underwrite productions.

The CIFC is committed to assisting productions interested in filming in the Cayman Islands. The CIFC provides support with:

Brittany Kelly

Film Commissioner

Brittany Kelly joined the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism as the Cayman Islands Film Commissioner in March 2025. Brittany is an award-winning writer/producer with extensive experience in the film industry in the Cayman Islands and across multiple international markets. Prior to joining the Department, Brittany was based in Los Angeles working with notable production companies including Will Smith’s media company, Westbrook Inc., in production and financial coordination.
