Hannah Peralta serves as the Tourism Development Coordinator at the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, bringing a well-rounded combination of academic achievement and practical experience to the role. She began her career as a Management Trainee at Hotel Equities, gaining valuable insight into the hospitality industry. Her subsequent role as an Executive Officer within the Cayman Islands Government’s Youth Services Unit sparked a passion for youth development and highlighted her adaptability. Hannah then served as Programme Manager at Jubilate, where she further strengthened her expertise in project management, youth engagement, and mentorship.

A proud recipient of the Ministry of Tourism Scholarship, Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality from Georgia State University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. Her academic journey reflects her strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

In her current role, Hannah is dedicated to more than just administrative responsibilities—she is deeply committed to increasing tourism awareness and promoting community engagement. She particularly enjoys interacting with students and guiding young Caymanians as they explore potential careers in the tourism industry. While her work may not always yield immediate results, Hannah finds purpose in contributing to the development of her community and helping to inspire the next generation of tourism leaders.
