Technical Support Analyst
Kevin joined the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism in 2019 as the Technical Support Analyst of the Information Systems unit. In this role, he is responsible for assisting users with all of their technology-related needs, from minor user errors to major technical problems. Kevin’s job is to ensure that the Department’s information systems remain fully functional at all times.
Prior to joining the Department of Tourism, Kevin held the role of Senior IT Support Officer at CICSA Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. He possesses an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science as well as several industry-specific certifications.
