  • Budget Management:
    • Manage revenue and expenditure effectively
    • Provide revenue & expenditure reports that allow management to make informed, timely decisions that will ultimately guide the organization on key objectives.
  • Responsible Procurement:
    • Produce comprehensive internal guidance, in accordance with the Public Management and Finance Law (PMFL) and best practice, on the tendering and contract process for all CIDOT staff involved in procurement of goods and services.
  • Business Continuity:
    • Ensure that all CIDOT offices are fully prepared to deal with a natural or other disaster and to ensure effective business continuity post-disaster.
