Service Excellence

Workshop Summary

In the current climate, providing excellent service to customers in the Cayman Islands has become more challenging and even more important now than ever. For those who interact with our valued customers, the demands are greater, the expectations are higher, and the world is watching. Aquila’s Service Excellence: COVID-19 Edition provides frontline staff, tour guides, public transport operators/drivers and anyone who connects with customers with the skills and confidence needed to deliver excellent service while following the necessary protocols and procedures implemented by the Cayman Islands Government.

Participants will delve into a variety of topics in each 90-minute session including:

  • Communicating while wearing masks,
  • Fostering connections while social distancing,
  • Touchless engagement and interactivity,
  • Sanitization as great service,
  • Encouraging customers compliance, and
  • Managing difficult situations.

This is an internationally recognized certification course. Spaces are limited so early registration is encouraged.
