Workshop Summary

In today’s dynamic tourism environment, it is essential for destinations and tour operators to continuously innovate and enhance guest experiences. Aquila’s Product Development: Tours & Guest Experiences workshop series is crafted to equip Cayman Islands tourism stakeholders with the knowledge and tools necessary to create and reimagine engaging and sustainable tour products.
This workshop series aims to help participants respond to current trends and expectations, ensuring that they can offer compelling and memorable experiences to guests. The program includes two half-day virtual workshops and culminates in a full-day, on-site interactive session.

Full-Day, On-Site Workshop | Friday, 6 September 2024

This interactive session brings together all participants to maximise opportunities, exceed guest expectations, and foster successful partnerships. Key topics include:

  • Exceeding guest expectations and adding value
  • Partnering to package experiences
  • Establishing successful partnerships
  • Speed networking to explore new partnerships
  • Creating “Wow” moments in guest experiences
  • Key considerations for next steps
Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook containing tools and templates to support their ongoing efforts.
 

Who Should Attend

Participants will be split into two industry groups to allow for a more effective and targeted approach to learning and development, ensuring that each participant gains the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their respective tourism ventures.
 

Industry Group 1:

  • Established operators working successfully with cruise lines, encouraged to diversify to stayover guests
  • Established operators needing support to continue or improve their cruise business
