- Succession Planning:
- Ensure CIDOT is preparing current and future leaders within the organisation with the competencies and professional characteristics required for achievement of CIDOT’s vision, mission, values and goals.
- Ensure training and development is taking place for employees
- Compliance of Laws, Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure that internal recruitment, selection and orientation procedures are fair, effective and compliant with any applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and ensure accurate and fair administration of remuneration packages for the Department including payroll administration, health insurance and pension provisions for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with Employment and Human Rights laws for the Cayman Islands, UK, Canada, and USA.

- Ensure that both physical and electronic employee records and data are accurate and up-to-date
